Our breakfasts are particularly praised by our guests! Every day, the Qualita Restaurant chef prepares delicious and abundant breakfast buffets for our guests and local residents. We serve breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:30 am Monday through Sunday. Breakfast also includes the “nature table” with foods recommended by our dietitian.

Healthy "Nature Table"

It is not easy to eat healthy when you travel. To make it easier for you, the Q hotel chain hires the dietitian, restaurateur and promoter of healthy eating, Ewelina Fabisiak, who recommends healthy foods for our breakfast buffets. We serve the “nature table” divided into four zones. You can press your own juice and compose your own breakfast using our tips. Sounds healthy, doesn’t it?

The “Nature table” contains:

Polish superfoods, such as linseed, borecole pesto or pickles, which are a great and natural probiotic!
The vegetable zone. Cegetables are indispensable in a rational diet and a great source of fibres and nutrients.
Healthy fats that are the source of #omega3 fatty acids to protect your health, including mackerel and smoked salmon mousse, and sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Sugar free sweet foods, raspberry anti0inflammatory mousse, bean paste, black lilac sauce and fruit.
