Every morning, Questa Restaurant offers a delicious breakfast buffet. The richly set tables offer many possibilities for preparing meals, both hot and cold. Guests can enjoy aromatic coffee, crispy bread, homemade cakes, cold cuts, dairy products and fresh fruit. Breakfast is available for both guests staying at the hotel and guests from outside the hotel.

Breakfast at Questa Restaurant is served from Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and on weekends from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

COLLABORATION WITH A DIETICIAN

Healthy “Nature’s Table”

For the health and well-being of our guests, the Q Hotel chain has started collaboration with dietician Ewelina Fabisiak. Thanks to this, every morning at our breakfasts you will find “Nature’s Table”, full of healthy products recommended by the dietician, as well as a slow juicer, with which you can make one of the recommended freshly squeezed juices. All of this for your health and to offer you healthy solutions in on-the-go nutrition.

On “Nature’s Table”, you will find:

Polish superfoods, including excellent probiotic pickled vegetables, linseed, walnuts and kale pesto;
the power of vegetables – eating vegetables every day is an extremely important step in caring for your health and changing your eating habits. Vegetables are the basis of rational nutrition, they are an excellent source of fibre and good nutritional value;
sources of #omega3 fatty acids – healthy fats that protect your health. These include mousse made from mackerel, smoked salmon, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds;
sweet, sugar-free products, including anti-inflammatory raspberry mousse, bean paste, elderberry sauce and fruit;
plus, you can squeeze your own juices using a slow juicer. We give you instructions on making the After party juice, which will provide support for a hard day after a party, No Stress juice for adding vitality and energy, and Glow, which will take care of your natural glow and immunity;
you will also find tips on how to compose your own protein-fat breakfast, sweet, sugar-free and vegan.
