What is Q Hotel Club?

Q Hotel Club is a loyalty programme designed for regular guests of hotels and restaurants belonging to the Q Hotel chain. By joining the programme, participants receive unique offers for stays in hotels of our chain, special discounts for restaurant services, as well as the ability to collect points and exchange them for additional discounts.

What are the benefits of a Q Hotel Club membership?

Each Q Hotel Club member receives a 25% discount for their first stay after joining the programme. The amount of subsequent discounts depends on the status gained by the club member. After logging in to their account, Club Members can check their discounts.

We offer point rewards to guests who are Q Hotel Club members for the payments they make! For every 10.00 PLN spent, we award 1 point, which can be converted into 1 PLN and used to make payments for hotel and restaurant services.

How do I use my points?

Q Hotel Club members can exchange their points for cash and use them to make payments for accommodation or restaurant services. Just let the staff know you would like to exchange your collected points for a discount.

Can I join Q Hotel Club directly in the hotel?

Yes, you can do it in two ways – by filling in the registration form on the programme website or on the tablet at the hotel’s reception desk. After you complete the form, a member account will be created for you, and a confirmation of joining the programme will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

How are the points calculated in the programme?

For every PLN 10.00 spent in the Q Hotel chain you receive 1 point. You can use the collected points to make payments for hotel and catering services. You can check your online profile to see how many points you have collected and how many points you have used. More information about the rules of calculating points can be found in the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme.

How much does it cost to join the programme?

Joining and participating in the Q Hotel Club programme is completely free of charge and entitles you to take advantage of many discounts and special offers of the Q Hotel chain.

When will my points expire?

If your Q Hotel Club account is inactive for two years, the points accrued so far will be removed.

Can anyone participate in the programme?

The programme is intended for adult individual guests using the services of hotels or restaurants belonging to the Q Hotel chain, who submit a declaration of participation in the Loyalty Programme by filling in a form at the hotel reception desk or registering on the website club.qhotels.pl/form.

Where and how can I exchange my points?

You can only exchange points with the hotel or restaurant staff. If you want to use the collected points to make the calculated payment, please inform the wait staff or receptionist when making the payment. Additional awards and benefits resulting from participation in the programme can be collected only at the reception desk of one of the Q Hotel chain hotels.

Do the discounts resulting from participation in the Q Hotel Club programme apply only to me or my family?

The account in the system is personal, which means that rebates are available to the programme participant. However, if the cardholder pays for the whole family stay, the whole amount is subject to a discount and points are awarded.

Can I cancel my membership in the Q Hotel Club programme? How can I do that?

You can cancel your loyalty programme membership at any time. All you need to do is notify us of your wish to resign from further participation in the programme.
