International Congress Center was constructed for organizers of congresses, trade fairs, conferences, cultural and sport events, and all kinds of events attended by audience. The biggest asset of the new building is multi-functionality. No-column multipupose hall with the space of over 8,000 square meters seat, as many as, 8,000 participants and during a concert, as many as 10,000.
The general philosophy behind the design was to create a facility with a value created not only by providing functional solutions of a utilitarian nature, but also by creating conditions for its existence within the social space of the city.
