Dear Customer, we would like to inform you that:

Main Q Hotel Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Lea 202a, 30-133 Kraków, KRS No. 0000766328, NIP 677 239 78 45 (hereinafter the Hotel) is the controller of your personal data.

The purpose for which the Hotel processes your personal data is the hotel service / delivery specified in the contract concluded with us, that we are performing or have performed for you, or in a contract that we intend to conclude and for this reason we remain in a business contact, which is our legitimate interest. In addition, the purpose of processing is to pursue possible claims related to the contract and to document the performance of the service/delivery for tax purposes. If you have agreed to the processing of your personal data for marketing and/or profiling purposes, the Hotel processes them for the purpose of providing you with marketing information about its products and services and with their offers as well as for the purpose of profiling.

The legal basis for the personal data processing is a contract, concluded with us, for a hotel service / delivery specified in that contract, which we are performing or have performed for you. The legal basis for the processing of personal data used for marketing and/or profiling purposes is your consent. At the same time, please be advised that the consent may be withdrawn at any time and its withdrawal will not affect the validity of data processing prior to the withdrawal.

The Hotel transfers personal data to the following categories of entities:

companies providing hotel with IT support services and IT software,
companies providing accounting, transport and taxi services when a guest orders transport or shipment, law firms.

Your personal data acquired in connection with the concluded contract for the provision of hotel services will be processed throughout the period of limitation of tax claims or civil law claims, depending on which of these events occurs later; and the data acquired on the basis of consent for marketing purposes - for the period of validity of the consent for marketing purposes and/or for profiling.

You have the right: of access to your personal data, the right of their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to their processing and submit a complaint to the supervisory body - Personal Data Protection Office Director, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Data are available at the Hotel's headquarters. In addition, the Hotel provides an e-mail address marketing@qhotels.pl for contact in matters related to personal data.

The Hotel does not intend to transfer personal data outside the EEA.

Provision of personal data is voluntary, but we explain that without them, the performance of the contract for hotel service / delivery may prove impossible or difficult.

The hotel makes automated decisions on the basis of personal data, including profiling, unless you have not agreed to profiling. For profiling purposes the Hotel uses historical personal data that it has obtained in connection with the provision of services to the hotel guest.
